Condolence From: Stephen Lape

Condolence: The day is clear
The lake is calm
The bait never runs out
and your line never snags.
The fish are hitting, not too often,
but often enough and they are all just big enough to keep.
On the shore Grandpa and Grandma speak with Grandma Bea and Seibert McQueen, Uncle Dick and Aunt Mary and Aunt Ruth and Uncle Bob.
Mom walks out with your favorite cake and on the table you can smell the roast in the Dutch oven and the ice Tea is cool and sweet.
A card game is in full swing.
Aunt Hank is winning, Uncle Don complains about the deal and Uncle Willey has deuces which must be respected.
All is as it should be, calm and peaceful.
Enjoy it Dad, you've earned it.
