Hyle, Robert Regis, beloved husband of Sue (Stockelman) Hyle; loving father of Jeffrey (Stephanie) Hyle and Regina (Eric) Huiet.; devoted grandpa of Marley Hyle and Remi Huiet; dear brother of Ted Hyle, Rita Wetterstroem, Frank Hyle, and the late Clara Spaeth; brother in law to George Spaeth, Joanne and Nancy Hyle, Bob Wetterstroem, Butch (Joyce) Stockelman, Donna (Ken) Harmeyer, the late Ron (Antoinette) Stockelman, Gerry Stockelman, and Tim (Kim) Stockelman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded In death by his parents, Theodore J. and Rita (Casserly) Hyle and parents-in-law, Robert and Jean (Black) Stockelman. Passed Oct. 28, 2017 Age 66. Bob was a longtime writer and editor, most recently at ITA Pro Magazine, with prior stints at National Underwriter and the Catholic Telegraph. Friends in Harrison will recall Bob owned the old Harrison Record newspaper, and wrote for the Harrison Press over the course of 30 plus years. He loved sports, particularly basketball, and enjoyed activities with his children and wife. He was a proud graduate of LaSalle High School ‘69 and Xavier University ‘73. Visitation Thursday from 4:30-7:30pm at Neidhard Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave., Westwood. Funeral Mass Friday 10:30am at St. Martin of Tours Church, Cheviot.
